Please note: All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items must be returned in brand-new, unworn, and sellable condition. Returns that carry perfume or fragrance scent, are marked with makeup, show signs of wear, or display any other visible contamination will not be accepted and will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these hygiene standards.

If your thong doesn’t fully conceal your camel toe, your first pair is on us.
This applies only to your first Simply Clad thong purchase and is limited to one refund per customer. Refunds under this guarantee are only valid for 1-pack orders and do not apply to multi-pack orders.

We’ll review each submission carefully and may not be able to approve refunds if the information provided doesn’t meet the requirements above. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after review.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 2–3 business days. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund according to your selected method.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
You can request a replacement at no additional cost, or opt for a full refund.
Use our return portal to submit your return request, and select “This item is defective or incorrect” and upload clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll either ship a replacement or process your refund promptly.
At the moment, we don't offer exchanges for a different size or style. If an item you bought doesn't work out, you can go through our Return Portal for a full refund and order the right size/style instead.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we’ll replace it once the original item is returned and reviewed.
EU and UK customers may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
Submit your request through our Withdraw from Contract link or contact us at info@simplyclad.co within the 14-day period. We will email you confirmation once your request is received.
Due to the intimate nature of underwear, returned pairs must be:
Opening the outer shipping package is fine as long as the individual product seal remains intact.
For multipacks, only sealed and unopened pairs are eligible. Refunds will be based on the discounted per-pair price paid.
These restrictions do not apply to items that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.
Eligible items must be mailed back within 14 days after submitting your withdrawal request.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the full cost of return shipping. Simply Clad does not provide prepaid international return labels. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping proof of shipment.
For a full eligible order withdrawal, we will refund:
Expedited shipping upgrades are not refundable. For partial returns, the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may wait to process the refund until we receive the return or proof that it has been shipped.
Because international shipping, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and are often non-recoverable, international orders are final sale.

This policy ensures fairness while protecting customers from unnecessary customs delays and protects small businesses from unpredictable international logistics costs.
All sales are final during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. Items purchased from November 26 - December 3rd during our sitewide sale will not be eligible for return or exchange.
