United States

Including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

International

We currently ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

U.S. Shipping

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: $5.95
  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders $50+
  • Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days): UPS 2-Day Air

Standard shipping applies per order. Expedited shipping is optional and priced separately at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days

Delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to 20+ countries.

Zone 1: United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland & Israel 

  • Duties and taxes are included at checkout
  • No additional fees due upon delivery
  • Orders ship via DHL, with available options at checkout:
    • DHL Express: 2–4 business days
    • DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct: 5–12 business days
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Zone 2: All Other International Destinations (Canada, Australia, etc.) 

1) Shipping Rate

  • Economy International Shipping: $12.99 USD
    (approx. $19 AUD / $19 CAD / €12 EUR)

2) Duties & Taxes

  • Duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the order total
  • Any applicable charges are determined by local authorities and collected by the carrier upon delivery
  • Simply Clad is not responsible for customs fees or delays after shipment

3) Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • USPS International
    • Typical delivery: 1–3+ weeks
    • Delivery time may vary depending on customs processing and how quickly the recipient responds to carrier requests

4) Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

  • Tracking details are provided once your order ships
  • Please monitor your shipment closely
  • Promptly respond to any carrier or customs requests to avoid delays
  • Orders refused, delayed, or returned due to unpaid duties or lack of response are not eligible for refunds

International orders are final sale, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or Friday evenings will be processed the following Monday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We partner with USPS, UPS, DHL, and trusted regional postal services for reliable domestic and international delivery.

 

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking as your package approaches delivery, especially for international shipments. After an order has shipped, delivery and any delivery-related issues are handled by the carrier.

 

Delivery Estimates

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods. Please note that we are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
