We want you to love your fit—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Our return process is simple, clear, and designed to keep things stress-free.

Cameltoe-Free Money-Back Guarantee

If your thong doesn’t fully conceal your camel toe, your first pair is on us.
This applies only to your first Simply Clad thong purchase and is limited to one refund per customer. Refunds under this guarantee are only valid for 1-pack orders and do not apply to 3-pack orders. 

To qualify: 

  • Submit your refund request within 30 days of your purchase
  • Include a photo showing the issue 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • No return required for this guarantee

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after review.


Returns

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return Shipping: A $7.45 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking fee. 
  • Refund Method: Store credit to use anytime at Simply Clad or Your original payment method

 

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 1–2 business days. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund according to your selected method.

  • Store credit is typically issued within 1–2 business days after approval.
  • Refunds to your original payment method may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

   

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Original shipping costs
  • Gift cards 

   

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

You can request a replacement at no additional cost, or opt for a full refund.
Just use the form below to submit your return request, and be sure to select “This item is defective or incorrect” and upload clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll either ship a replacement or process your refund promptly.

   

Exchanges

For fit or sizing issues, we offer exchanges or store credit only (no refunds, for hygiene reasons). If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we’ll replace it once the original item is returned and reviewed. Please start your request through our return portal, where you can also make direct exchanges for a different size or color.
