The Simply Clad 3-Pack Giveaway is sponsored by Simply Clad, LLC, doing business as Simply Clad, located at 1025 Zenyatta Dr, Hewitt TX, 76643 (“Sponsor”).
The Giveaway begins on June 19, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. Central Time and ends on July 31, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. Central Time (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
During the Giveaway Period, eligible individuals may enter by submitting a valid email address through the Simply Clad giveaway signup form at simplyclad.co.
By submitting the form, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Simply Clad. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Giveaway entry.
To enter without subscribing to marketing emails, email info@simplyclad.co during the Giveaway Period with the subject line “Simply Clad 3-Pack Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, email address, state of residence, and confirmation that you are at least 18 years old.
Email entries must be received by 10:00 p.m. Central Time on July 31, 2026.
Limit one entry per person and email address during the Giveaway Period, regardless of entry method. All eligible entry methods have equal odds of winning. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
One winner will receive one Simply Clad 3-Pack containing three Simply Clad Camel Toe Proof Thongs in the winner’s selected size. Size and color selections are subject to availability.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $50.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on or about August 3, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted directly at the email address used to enter. The potential winner must respond within three calendar days after the notification is sent.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the deadline, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the potential winner will forfeit the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.
Entrants are responsible for monitoring the email address used to enter, including spam and promotional folders.
The confirmed winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address and requested size information. The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost using Sponsor’s standard shipping method.
Sponsor is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, violates these Official Rules, or interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.
If fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance affects the integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway and select a winner from eligible entries received before the issue occurred.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its employees, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or technically unsuccessful entries or communications.
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Simply Clad Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.
Marketing-email recipients may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Simply Clad emails.
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action, except where prohibited by applicable law.
